What we handle
- Blocked and overflowing drains, toilets and sewer lines. See blocked drains.
- Burst and leaking pipes.
- Leaking taps, toilets and fittings.
- Ongoing maintenance plumbing for homes and properties.
What to do while you wait
- Turn off the water at the main stopcock, usually near your water meter, if a pipe has burst or is leaking badly.
- If hot water is leaking, switch the geyser off at the electrical distribution board as well.
- Keep plugs and electrical appliances away from any water.
- Stop using a blocked drain or toilet so it doesn't overflow.
- Send us photos or a video on WhatsApp so we can come prepared.
