What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends.
What is hydro-jetting?
Hydro-jetting uses high pressure water to blast out and remove even the most stubborn blockages from sewer, waste and storm water lines. We have trailer mounted as well as portable jetter machines with state-of-the-art flexible hoses, pumps and nozzles.
When do I need a CCTV drain camera inspection?
If a sewer line keeps giving problems, or you suspect a break in the line, a CCTV camera inspection shows exactly what is going on. We feed a self-levelling colour CCTV camera through the line to examine it for breaks or damage.
Are you an emergency plumber?
Yes. Emergency and maintenance plumbing is all we do, and that focus is what lets us respond quickly rather than fitting you in around long installation jobs. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm.
Are you registered plumbers?
Yes. We are registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) and are members of the Inclusive Plumbers Association (IPA).
My drain keeps blocking. What should I do?
A drain that blocks again and again usually points to a problem further down the line, such as roots, a broken or collapsed pipe, or a build-up of fat and grease. A CCTV camera inspection finds the cause, and hydro-jetting clears the full width of the pipe rather than just punching a hole through the blockage.
